The transaction sees Alcuin take a significant minority stake alongside Graphite Enterprise Trust plc and Isfield Investments LLP. Founded in 1985 on Dean Street in the Soho area of London, The Groucho Club offers its loyal membership base access to world class hospitality in a relaxed environment, including three bars, two restaurants and accommodation.
