Alcuin Capital is pleased to announce its investment in the MBO of Hartley Botanic.
Founded in 1938, Hartley Botanic is a leading manufacturer of luxury and bespoke Greenhouses and Glasshouses. The business is headquartered in Greenfield, Lancashire, and has operations in the USA where export sales have grown substantially in recent years. Hartley Botanic’s Greenhouses are the only Aluminium Greenhouses endorsed by the Royal Horticultural Society, and Hartley has been commissioned by the likes of the National Trust, Kew Gardens, Oxford Botanic Garden, Hampton Court Palace and the RHS.
